Job duties as a chiropractic receptionist include day to day operations, handling phones, creating a warm environment for people to heal.
Our practice transacts directly with the patient similar to an orthodontist and/or plastic surgeon.
Financial and Sales experience helpful.
We currently care for a high volume of people in a day and are growing.
This is a fas-paced environment.
We are looking for the right person to be part of our growth and expansion! About You:
No experience necessary because we'll teach you all you need to know.
Must be coachable and willing to learn.
Our position requires the right person with the following qualities:
High energy, assertive and amazing attitude are a must.
Must be a genuinely happy and positive person, great at communication with others, detail oriented, quick learner, TEAM PLAYER, understand computers and math, responsible, timely, flexible and adaptable.
This is position approx.
33-35 hour/week position to start.
Ability to grow to a full-time salaried position with benefits @90 days.
Our shifts are either 7:
30-5 or 9-6:
30 M through F (with a 60-90 minute break).
Flexibility in your schedule is a must to fill-in when another team member is out.
