Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Concrete Laborer.
As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction and maintenance projects.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and preparation of concrete construction projects, including measuring and marking areas for pouring.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and equipment.
Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools.
Assist in the construction of concrete forms and frameworks.
Remove debris, clean tools, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with the installation of rebar and wire mesh reinforcements.
Operate and maintain equipment, such as concrete saws, drills, and vibrators.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in concrete construction or a related field is a must.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in concrete work.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculating concrete quantities.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety regulations.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
