Handling incoming calls and other communications Responds to Beneficiary statements.
Prepares and sends monthly statements Process insurance payments Managing filing system Record information as needed Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases Helping organize and maintain office common areas Performing general office clerk duties and errands Assist with other duties as needed.
