Confidential Confidential Morganville, NJ Morganville, NJ Full-time Full-time $22 - $25 an hour $22 - $25 an hour Busy construction company is seeking an experienced, well versed Office Manager/ Admin/Assistant to Owner.
Minimum 5 years previous office experience is required, with minimum 1 year in a construction office.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
-Responding to emails and phone calls requesting information/updates in a timely manner -Being able to prioritize various day to day duties to ensure deadlines are met -Assisting with various forms/project documents/license renewals to be completed -Saving, printing, scanning, organizing documents -Contacting suppliers for proposals, repair quotes, etc.
-General knowledge of the following is needed to assist with this position:
Excel (create simple spreadsheets), Word (draft letters), Adobe (edit documents), Outlook (emails) Must be computer savvy, speak/read/write in fluent English.
We are seeking someone who is reliable, can multi-task, and keep their cool and keep track of items that need follow-up.
Days and hours are Monday thru Friday 8a.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
