WE ARE HIRING FULLTIME AND PART TIME BCBAs TO PROVIDE ABA SERVICES.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LATE AFTERNOON/EVENING AVAILABILITY.
A Branch Above, at The Speech Tree, is a professional, multi-therapeutic agency dedicated to providing evidence-based behavior analytic services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families, in dynamic environments, home or center based, throughout Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties.
Our goal is to empower and support children, parents, and caregivers utilizing skill acquisition techniques, so all newly acquired skills can translate to increased independence, increased opportunities, and increased quality of life, across all settings, for a lifetime.
Those qualified will:
Possess a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, public health counseling, or related field Have an active BCBA certification Have a strong applied knowledge of ABA techniques, and data collection Exhibit the ability to lead and instruct behavior therapists Engage in professional and ethical behavior at all times Have 2
years of BCBA experience (preferred) Possess a driver's license Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct initial assessments of potential clientele using a variety of means including, but not limited to, reliable and valid assessment tools, direct and indirect behavioral assessment procedures:
assessments including, ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, and/or FAST as part of a Functional Behavior Assessment.
Develop, and implement comprehensive and individualized positive behavior support plans and strategies (PBSP, PBIP) Assess, develop, and implement skills acquisition and social skills programming Create data collection systems for tracking intervention efficacy Provide ABA therapy services as recommended Provide instruction and leadership to ABA therapists and/or RBTs, Provide consultation and training for parents, caregivers, teachers, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
