Randstad is currently seeking candidates for an Office Assistant position at a manufacturing company in Morganville, NJ.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm

The starting rate is $13 per hour with a possible increase upon getting hired.

Responsibilities:

-Administrative tasks

-Data Entry

-Customer Service

-Filing

-Inbound / Outbound calling

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

-Ability to multitask

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Detail oriented

-Time management

Education:

High School

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience working in an office environment is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
